Plain-language summary. Tarmac is a sales CRM with a proprietary scoring engine. You own your data; we use it to power your dialer and your scoring. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to anonymous benchmark data sharing (per-source conversion rates only — never any PII or contact data). You can withdraw from sharing at any time in Settings.
Tarmac (go-tarmac.com, operated by Tarmac) provides a cloud-hosted CRM with parallel dialing, contact scoring, cadences, and reporting. By creating an account you confirm you're 18 or older and authorized to bind your workspace.
You own your data. We store it on your behalf so the product works. You can export your full workspace at any time as JSON or CSV (Settings → Workspace data). On account closure we keep your data for 30 days for recovery, then permanently delete it.
This clause is included in the agreement you accept at signup. Sharing
is enabled by default for every new workspace so Tarmac's benchmarks improve for
everyone. You can withdraw at any time in Settings → Algorithm → Anonymous
benchmark sharing.
Flip the checkbox in Settings → Algorithm to opt out. Once withdrawn, your
future per-source conversion data stops flowing into the aggregate. Previously-contributed
aggregate data cannot be removed because it's already anonymized and merged — but it never
contained any identifying information about you to begin with.
Tarmac's contact-scoring model (a logistic regression over six engagement features plus an engagement-bonus guardrail) is proprietary. We display the score (0–100) and a human-readable explanation; we do not expose the coefficients or weights. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the model from its outputs.

When you do, you — not Tarmac — are the sender and initiator of that call or message. You choose the recipients, the content, and the timing; Tarmac is the software you use to send it.

By enabling texting (checking the activation box and paying the activation fee), an authorized workspace admin accepts those terms.
Workspaces are scoped per Postgres row · sessions are HTTP-only cookies · all traffic over TLS 1.3. Twilio call recordings (if you enable them) live on Twilio's infrastructure under their security posture. Sub-processors: Neon (Postgres), Twilio (voice + SMS), Google (OAuth + Workspace SSO), Fly.io (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS + tunnel), Stripe (billing, when enabled).
Service provided "as is." We don't warrant any specific dial outcome, pickup rate, or revenue lift. Liability cap = the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Tarmac in the 12 months preceding the claim.
