Reach your
customers faster.

Outbound dials your list in parallel, handles the voicemails, and scores every contact by who's most likely to answer right now. Use the full web app, or bring just the dialer into HubSpot or Salesloft with the Chrome extension.

BUILT FOR SALESPEOPLE, BY SALESPEOPLE

The power dialer

More conversations, less dialing.

Up to five lines dial at once. Machine detection leaves your recorded message on voicemails and moves on; robot call-screens get answered with your intro. When a human picks up, you're bridged in — dispositions, recordings, and follow-ups logged without touching a keyboard.

Call the right person at the right time.

The Connect Score ranks your list by who's most likely to answer right now — learned from when your own contacts actually pick up, not a generic best-practices chart. Your call list reorders itself as the day moves.

Two ways to run it.

Keep your CRM, or finally leave it.

FAQ

Outbound for Chrome

Power dialer inside your CRM
What exactly is Outbound for Chrome?
A power dialer and Connect Score that live in a side panel inside the CRM you already use. Calls, dispositions, notes, and recordings write straight back into HubSpot or Salesloft — your team never learns a new tool.
What's the difference between sequential and parallel dialing?
Sequential dialing (Starter) places one call at a time and auto-advances to the next contact the moment you wrap — hands-free list dialing at a human pace. Parallel dialing rings 3 numbers at once on Basic and 5 on Pro and Enterprise: machine detection clears the voicemails and robot screens, and you're bridged only when a live person answers.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Every tier writes back to every CRM we support — HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce (via Connected App). No CRM gating by price.
Do I need new phone numbers?
Each rep gets a dedicated line, provisioned in a click at carrier cost — it's the caller ID for calls and the number for texting. No setup fees.
What happens when a voicemail answers?
Machine detection leaves your pre-recorded message and moves on without you hearing a beep. Robot call-screens get answered with your recorded intro, and you're only pulled in for humans.
Is there a trial or a contract?
Starter carries a 14-day free trial, and every tier is month-to-month — no annual contract, cancel anytime.

Outbound CRM

Full CRM with dialer built in
What's included in the CRM?
Contacts, accounts, pipeline, activities, the power dialer, follow-ups that write to your real calendar, 1:1 texting, call recordings, and reports — one tool, one login.
Can I dial sequentially, or only in parallel?
Both. Work a curated list one call at a time with auto-advance (sequential), or open up to 5 parallel lines where machine detection handles the voicemails and you only talk to humans. Basic runs 3 parallel lines; Pro and Enterprise run 5.
How fast can I get my contacts in?
Drop in a spreadsheet and you're dialing the same morning — the import auto-detects your columns. Enterprise includes hands-on migration help.
What is the Connect Score?
A ranking of who's most likely to answer right now, learned from when your own contacts actually pick up — not a generic best-times chart. Your call list reorders itself as the day moves.
How does texting work?
One-to-one texting from your dedicated number, carrier-registered, with STOP honored automatically and sends limited to the recipient's daytime hours. No bulk blasts — by design.
Is there really a free tier?
Yes — the basic CRM is free for organizing contacts and pipeline. The dialer starts on Basic, and paid tiers carry a 14-day free trial.
